Meg Tehrani


As a Training and Development Specialist in Learning and Organizational Development, Meg partners with employees and leaders to create meaningful learning experiences that support professional growth, engagement, and organizational success. She enjoys designing and delivering development opportunities that empower individuals to build skills, strengthen connections, and thrive in their work.

Meg brings eight years of customer service experience, including five years in higher education, with a strong focus on people, operations, and culture. She began her higher education career as an administrative professional at the University of Pittsburgh before joining West Virginia University, where she supported the Dean’s Office in the John Chambers College of Business and Economics. In April 2024, she transitioned into Talent and Culture, continuing to build her expertise in employee support and organizational development before stepping into her current role in Learning and Organizational Development.

Meg earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Psychology from West Virginia University and has spent more than a decade helping others grow through fitness and wellness. As an instructor and coach, she is passionate about guiding people to move with intention, presence, and purpose. This foundation shapes her approach to learning and development, where she is driven by service, connection, and creating supportive, human-centered environments that help individuals reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Meg enjoys blending music and movement to tap into her highest self. She teaches sculpt and spin at Zenergy Cycling and vinyasa yoga at &Yoga, combining her love of music, movement, and community. When she is not teaching, you can find her hiking, solving Sudoku puzzles, or planning her next adventure.
