2025 WVU Focused Salary Adjustment Program

As part of West Virginia University’s ongoing commitment to support our faculty and staff, WVU will run a 2025 WVU Focused Salary Adjustment Program this fall.

The targeted program will provide an opportunity for a limited salary adjustment for some employees who have gone the longest period of time without a salary adjustment, with about half of the University’s workforce expected to be eligible for review.
