The Record and Retention Policy outlines the systematic review, retention, and destruction of Records received or created at West Virginia University, including West Virginia University Institute of Technology and Potomac State College of West Virginia University.
The policy was enacted to provide employees guidance on the maintenance and retention of documents and other material (hard copy or electronic) made or received in connection with WVU’s operations.
