WVU Strategic HR Partners (SHRP) serve as an embedded resource for HR expertise and strategic people management in each college and division at the University. Your SHRP collaborates with leadership to align the University's strategic vision and unit-specific goals with effective people solutions and programs.

SHRPs provide support in talent management, workforce planning and development and consultative leadership. They also act as change agents, facilitating and implementing programs designed to enhance employee engagement.
