Performance Management Timeline

The performance management process is transitioning from a calendar year (Jan. 1 to Dec. 31) to a fiscal year format (July 1 to June 30).

To support this shift, the current performance management cycle will span 18 months (January 2026 to June 2027), with the first annual performance reviews under the new timeline launching in July 2027. All other future cycles will span only 12 months, as usual.

Current Timeline:

  1. Aug. 10 to Sept. 18, 2026: Performance check-in
  2. July to September 2027: Annual performance review
    • July: Employee pre-review
    • August: Supervisor evaluation
    • August to September: Performance discussions and employee acknowledgement
  3. December 2027 to January 2028: Performance check-in

Exact dates for the July 2027 performance review will be provided closer to this date.
