West Virginia University is committed to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment for all of its employees, and it will not tolerate any risk to safety, quality or productivity that may be caused by a Covered Employee who uses drugs or alcohol. This Rule applies to Covered Employees of the West Virginia University Board of Governors, as defined by section 2.2 of this Rule, as well as any contractors who stand in the shoes of FTA Covered Employees as defined in section 2.3 of this Rule.
