How to make Open Enrollment changes
MAKING OPEN ENROLLMENT CHANGES
Since WVU's benefits are grouped together by administrator, and changes to those benefits are made in the same way, below are instructions on how to change any of the benefits by administrator. All open enrollment changes must be finalized on or before May 15, 2025.

Visit PEIA Manage My Benefits and follow the prompts to login and move step by step through your options. Don't forget to save and submit your changes!

If adding dependents, please upload copies of the required dependent eligibility documentation.
Option 2: Paper Forms
Request a personalized Open Enrollment Transfer Form from PEIA by calling 1-877-676-5573.
Paper forms will need sent back to WVU Shared Services.
