TIAA On-Campus and Virtual Consultations
Available to all WVU and WVU Research Corporation employees.

Virtual consultations are available in addition to the above schedule.
How to Schedule
OPTION 1: Scheduling an in-person consultation:
- Visit tiaa.org.
- Click on the yellow schedule button below "Discuss your financial situation with a TIAA consultant."
- Sign in under the "TIAA customer access" box on the left using your tiaa.org credentials.
- When completing the form, be sure to select " in person at my employer" to book one of the above dates.
- Complete the rest of the form, then hit the blue confirm button to save your form.
OPTION 2: Scheduling a virtual consultation:
- Visit tiaa.org.
- Click on the yellow Schedule button below "Discuss your financial situation with a TIAA consultant."
- Sign in under the "TIAA customer access" box on the left using your tiaa.org credentials.
- When completing the form, be sure to select " how would you like to meet? with video/ by phone."
- Complete the rest of the form, then hit the blue confirm button to save your form.
