How to Schedule
OPTION 1: Scheduling an in-person consultation:- Visit tiaa.org.
- Click on the yellow schedule button below "Discuss your financial situation with a TIAA consultant."
- Sign in under the "TIAA customer access" box on the left using your tiaa.org credentials.
- When completing the form, be sure to select "in person at my employer" to book one of the above dates.
- Complete the rest of the form, then hit the blue confirm button to save your form. OPTION 2: Scheduling a virtual consultation:

Click on the yellow Schedule button below "Discuss your financial situation with
a TIAA consultant."

Sign in under the "TIAA customer access" box on the left using your tiaa.org
credentials.

When completing the form, be sure
to select "how would you like to meet? with video/ by phone."
- Complete the rest of the form, then hit the blue confirm button to save your form.
