TIAA One-on-One Consultations

TIAA On-Campus and Virtual Consultations

Available to all WVU and WVU Research Corporation employees.

The TIAA on-campus in-person schedule is currently to be determined (TBD). The on-campus schedule will be added as soon as new dates become available. In-person appointments are still available at TIAA's Morgantown office on Stewartstown Road.
Virtual consultations are also available.

How to Schedule

OPTION 1: Scheduling an in-person consultation:

  • Visit tiaa.org.
  • Sign in under the "TIAA customer access" box on the left using your tiaa.org credentials.
  • Select your "meeting topic".
  • When completing the form, be sure to select "TIAA Office" under "In-Person at" to schedule. Please note that the "In-Person at My Employer" option is currently unavailable. 
  • Complete the rest of the form, then hit the blue "confirm" button to save your form.

OPTION 2: Scheduling a virtual consultation:

  • Visit tiaa.org.
  • Sign in under the "TIAA customer access" box on the left using your tiaa.org credentials.
  • Select your "meeting topic". 
  • When completing the form, be sure to select "With video" or "By phone" under "How would you like to meet?"
  • Complete the rest of the form, then hit the blue "confirm" button to save your form.
