TIAA One-on-One Consultations

TIAA On-Campus and Virtual Consultations

No matter where you are in life, just getting started or planning for retirement, a session with a TIAA financial advisor can boost your confidence with advice based on your unique circumstances and goals. And, it's at no cost to you as a part of your retirement plan. Both in-person and virtual consultations are available.

Upcoming on-campus (in-person) consultation schedule:

Virtual consultations are available in addition to the above schedule.

How to Schedule

OPTION 1: Scheduling an in-person consultation:

  • Visit TIAA.org/schedulenow. 
  • Enter your TIAA User ID and Password under "TIAA customer access." Or create an account by click on "Register for TIAA access."
  • Click on the blue "Schedule meeting" button to the right of "Meet with a financial consultant."
  • If you are logged into your TIAA account, "West Virginia Higher Education" will populate under "Institution." Select you state of residence, and meeting topic. 
  • Under "How would you like to meet?" select "My employer" for the on-campus consultation, or select "TIAA Office" for the Stewartstown Road location.
  • When selecting the date, please note that dates only populate 60 days in advance.
  • Complete the rest of the form, then hit the blue "confirm" button to save your form.

OPTION 2: Scheduling a virtual consultation:

  • Visit TIAA.org/schedulenow.
  • Enter your TIAA User ID and Password under "TIAA customer access." Or create an account by click on "Register for TIAA access."
  • Click on the blue "Schedule meeting" button to the right of "Meet with a financial consultant."
  • Under "How would you like to meet?" select your choice of "With video" or "By phone."
  • Complete the rest of the form, then hit the blue "confirm" button to save your form.
