WVU Talent and Culture has partnered with the WVU Cancer Institute Cancer Prevention and Control, and the West Virginia Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program (WVBCCSP). Our partnership is part of a statewide initiative to bring WVU employees life-saving cancer prevention information.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, breast cancer is the second-leading cause of cancer death in women in the United States. 

Women who detect breast cancer early have more choices for treatment and a greater chance of treating the disease.
