ABOUT THE CLASS

Yoga for Wellbeing 

Are you:

  • Feeling pulled in too many directions with no time to take care of yourself?        
  • Yearning for connection and clear thinking?  

  Try yoga and:

  • Begin to harmonize body, mind, spirit and breath 
  • Find a state of peace and ease that’s accessible to you all week long. 

  This class use s mindful movement with a focus on proper alignment, breaking poses down into easily digestible parts and providing modifications to help you experience each pose in a way that best works with your body. A holistic yoga approach including asana (poses), pranayama (breath), mindfulness, meditation, and yogic philosophy is woven into each class in an easy-to-understand, personal way.

Appropriate for all levels, whether you’ve been intimidated to try yoga, or are a seasoned practitioner looking for a complete approach to yoga and wellbeing.

Yoga mats, blankets, and blocks are available. 
Please also wear loose comfortable clothing.
